When renting a house or a room it is important for you to feel comfortable in your new property. In order to feel this you need to know who you are renting from, have confidence in your landlord and be secure in the knowledge that the property is safe and sound.         

The Care Society Social Lettings Scheme are happy to help you find the kind of property you are looking for and will support you with all your tenancy-related needs. All our tenancy agreements come with a  fully detailed Inventory and contents report of your property. You also have access to the range of Care Society services and any you may wish to use, from tenancy support workers to the Bond Scheme, etc.

All viewings are carried out with a member of the Care Society Social Lettings Team who can help you with any questions you may have about the property or the tenancy process.
